I’m extremely disappointed with Winter at this time. I have always brought my car to Winter for oil service maintenance. During my last oil change service was told there may be a possible leak. Luke also gave me some recommendations regarding my 90,000 checklist. I elected to not proceed at the moment do to finances, however, I did not expect to bring the car back to Winter within weeks of the oil change. I share all of this information because I may have avoided my car breaking down had the service team implemented one easy step - looking directly into the coolant container instead viewing on the outside to see if the container is at level (this is what Luke said they do). Know that the container itself is not see through like other models they should have looked inside and noticed oil in the container MONTHS ago. I LOVE my Cruze and this one simple step could have possibly saved my car breaking down. Now I have no transportation. Please update you service policy for older model cars so they don’t experience what I’m going through now. A Disappointed Chevy Owner
