Confirmed Service Customer
I had an 11:30 appointment and when I pulled in to the service department I was immediately greeted and asked what I needed. He started in my paperwork and verified my mileage and asked if I needed a ride I declined, stating I’d be in the waiting area. My appointment was for oil change and tire rotation so I enjoyed the hot chocolate machine and watching tv. My service appointment took a little longer than I expected. I actually arrived at 11:40 and it was completed at 3:10. As long as everything was done correctly I’m okay with the time. Everyone was polite and respectful. My truck was returned to me and she looked cleaner that when I left her.
