Confirmed Service Customer
Ok so I got there at 9 am because I need a new sensor for my right front tire. Then I was told I needed another one and my bill would be around $250.00. Before I knew I needed a third so why not do all four. The bill then went to over $700.00. I said ok and then was told they didn���t have enough sensors and would need to run to concord, and would be back around lunch time. Lunch time came and went with no signs of sensors. I had waited 3 hours. I continued to wait another 3 hours before the sensors showed up. By the time they got done I had been there for about 7 hours. There was a lady there and I think here name was Jenny maybe, I don���t remember and she was very nice to me, she offered to door dash food for me, but I declined as I had no idea what food choices were in your area, so I had to depend on the vending machines as I am diabetic and needed food all be it not very health choices. I had a coupon that I assume they used and the gentleman sad he got my bill down to a little over $550.00. It was a very long day for this 73 year old lady and I was very disappointed.
