The last experience I had with Marc was Terrible! But I requested for a new service rep and I got Dennis. He was so understanding. He took the time to listen to my concerns. He gave me all the info I need to feel secure. He was going to be off when it was time for my car to be ready. And he told me that and made sure someone would reach out to me. Dennis called my warranty company and ordered the parts and that was that. Go DENNIS YOU DESERVE ALL THE STARS⭐️
