Confirmed Service Customer
Made a online appointment for 12/30/23 got text and email confirmation, even got reminders all week only to show up at 7 a.m. 12/30 to find out service department was closed. I get that it was a holiday weekend, but I should not have been able to make that appointment. Even got a email saying I missed my appointment. Come on , do better.
