My overall experience was good with the exception of two items: After i got my car home from being serviced my wife drove the car to her work and experienced issues with the car and the engine light came on. I had to return the car the next day only to find one of the replaced spark plugs was cracked causing the engine to miss fire. Big inconvenience. The shuttle driver drove unsafe, continually running or rolling through stop signs and red lights. Service person Daniel was great to work with.
