The service advisor was very polite and prompt in starting my wait appointment. The start of the wait service was a long time getting started! 45 min. When I asked detailed questions about my Chev Volt battery system he was not too well informed. The actual service person was equally in educated on my 2018 Volt service points that are in my owners book! He was very willing to bring in the shop lead to show and tell him how to do the service. When I spoke with the shop lead (Bob?) he was very well in formed about the Volt. He proceeded to answer my questions about my battery system. He then proceeded to inform the service advisor of what could be done to improve my cars performance. Cusps to him and I stayed while that was completed. I now am already noticing the improvements..
